Click Plastics stocks a range of quality uPVC soffits for replacing old timber boards and protecting your fascias. They can be used under porches, under arches or columns, under a flight of stairs, or anything that has a visible ceiling.
Unlike the demanding maintenance that comes with timber soffits, uPVC soffits have a highly polished surface, which acts as a hard-wearing seal to water damage and other environmental wear and tear.

Types of Soffits Availible
A multi-purpose plain soffit board is 9mm thick. It has a variety of uses as a cover board or lining board.
This soffit can also be used on its own or with secondary ventilation products such as circular disc vents or strip vents. as A 300mm fluted soffit board is also available.
Our vented soffits offer adequate airflow to your attic space to avoid future problems like mould or damp. Lanced style vents will allow your roof to breathe, while limiting moisture that can enter through the vents. We have a range of plain and vented soffits available.
A hollow soffit has a similar effect, with its installation-friendly tongue and grooved profile. It provides a lightweight, cost-effective solution and can also be purchased with accompanying ventilation accessories if desired.
Meanwhile, flat soffit boards are generally used for over-cladding existing fascias and soffits. We provide a variety of flat boards or cladding boards suitable for your uPVC soffits.
Our soffit vents also contribute to essential roof ventilation and can be combined with existing soffits and fascias.
Different uPVC Soffit Colours
Our soffits are available in white, rosewood, mahogany, light oak and black ash uPVC. All of these are fully compatible with our range of fascias, capping boards and roofline accessories. If you need advice on choosing the right soffit or fascia for your home, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Soffit boards should be fixed using 2 x 40mm Polytop pins spaced no further than 600mm apart (400mm for woodgrain boards). It is recommended that soffits are always fitted by a professional as opting for DIY job can cause serious personal injury and/or damage to your home.
Roof guttering may need to be removed before replacing soffits and fascias, as well as the old soffit, fascia or bargeboards.
All profiles are 5m lengths unless otherwise stated.
